As a senior design manager, Laura specializes in hospitality, commercial/office and multi-family design projects. Her involvement often begins at the start of a project, as she helps to hone the client’s first glimpse of a vision, and often ends at construction completion. With over 25 years of experience, Laura is able to navigate budget and coordination challenges without compromising design aesthetics. She believes that excellent client service is “when you have not just met, but exceeded, clients’ expectations.”
As a LEED accredited professional and USGBC Middle TN Chapter member, Laura is well-versed in sustainability issues that impact the industry. She follows other industry trends and learns from contractors about changes in the field that may impact the way she thinks about design.
