Dawn Allcroft
Regional Vice President, Franchise Performance Support, IHG Hotels and Resorts
As Regional Vice President, Franchise Performance Support Dawn Allcroft has responsibility for driving the performance of our franchised estate in the east region with a focus on our Premium brands – Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Even, and Voco hotels.
Prior to this role Dawn oversaw the performance of IHG’s franchised estate of Mainstream brands – Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Avid.
Dawn has been with IHG for 20 years, and in addition to her operations experience, has served in a variety of sales leadership roles, including Brand Manager for Hotel Indigo.
Before joining IHG, she was at LodgeWorks Hotel Corporation for 10 years in a regional sales role.
Dawn earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Connecticut State University.
