Conner Donnini is Managing Director of Atlanta, GA based Access Point Financial (‘APF’). APF is a non-bank direct lender exclusively providing financing to qualified franchisees of major hotel brands throughout the United States. Conner is responsible for loan origination under APF’s Bridge, New Construction, Permanent, Mezz, and Pref Equity programs. In this role, he has closed and funded more than $1.0B in hotel financing. Conner previously severed as an Associate of APF’s business development team where he underwrote, structured, and reported new financing opportunities. In addition, he has worked closely with internal credit, underwriting, servicing, capital markets, and closing/funding teams.

Conner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
