Patrick Norton is Chief Marketing Officer and Partner at Brittain Resorts & Hotels, where he leads marketing, sales, and revenue strategy across a portfolio of 30+ premier resorts, 45+ restaurants and bars, and 4,700+ rooms generating $250M in annual revenue. Under his leadership, Brittain has become an industry leader in AI adoption, leveraging intelligent automation and predictive analytics to drive personalized marketing, optimize demand, and deliver real-time revenue insights.
With over 2,600 team members and 70 corporate staff, Brittain operates one of the largest and most sophisticated hospitality platforms in the Southeast. Patrick’s two-decade journey through the company, from digital coordinator to CMO and Partner, shaped his deep command of brand strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven innovation. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and hospitality certifications from Cornell University, along with Digital Marketing degrees from WGU and HGTC. Patrick serves as Chairman of the Board for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (DMO) and was named a 2024 Forty Over 40 recipient by Hotel Management and a Skift Ideas Awards Rising Star Finalist.
